Photo by Sjhan81. Lapsang souchong has a flavour that is smoky, a little bit like the smell of a barbecue smoke or a campfire. The flavour of the pine smoke is meant to complement the natural taste of the black tea, without overwhelming it.
Hops are the flowers generally known as seed cones of the hop plant, (Humulus lupulus). Hops are put to use as a flavoring and stability in the brewing of beer. they are nearly always dried right before they are used in the brewing process. The sugar-rich liquid produced from malt is boiled with hops. Then the nasty mix is cooled down and yeast is added, to start fermentation. As with grapes, the site in which hops are cultivated has effects on their qualities along with the the qualities iof the beer they make.
